Two great, great choices.
Hard not to dredge up emotions when Adagio plays. The zippo lighting the hooch is a tough application of Barber's work.

Always thought Spacey did a great job doing Darin.

I cast my vote for “Everybody Wants to Rule the World,” by Tears For Fears. To my ears, it’s the 1980s in audible form. Alas, “Nothing ever lasts forever...”. That lyric is somehow depressing and reassuring at the same time. A beautiful song.

Busted Flat in Baton Rouge

Always stirred my soul. Not the greatest song of all time but it belongs in the conversation.

This isn't the greatest and best song in the world, this is just a tribute.

I hadn't heard this song in years and it randomly popped into my head while I was cooking last weekend. It's a good, catchy song in it's own right.

- Hotel California - Eagles
- Time - Pink Floyd

Not my two favorite songs to listen to, but two examples of what I consider masterpieces.
