I was opening for Dax between 2003-2005 and I was in a hotel in Biloxi with Dax,some fans, my bandmate was Sammy's nephew, we called him moon.
He played the guitar to this song and Dax belted it out. To this day it's one of my life moments, I get chills even typing this out.

9 years without an album
Last time I spoke with him he was working on new material, went to a studio, but would not give me a timeframe whatsoever. All I know for sure it's he's working on music.
I think he had a new kid, so my theory is, he must have made more than I thought on the iZombie TV contract for the theme song and he's just taking it easy, it'll be so eaassssaaaaayyy.
I'll try calling him up

Got to see them several times back in the day at The Pit, the best little metal club ever to exist. Also caught em with DRI at papa Joe's. Simpler times man.

Trying to figure out how to play it myself and that intro isn't easy. It gets a lot easier once you get to the main chunk of the song, but the guy must have finger picked the intro.
