Sitting in thie "virtual wait room" apparently "maintaining my place in line" i.e. the website isn't allowing me to buy tickets yet.

It was reported that the amex password is the phone number onback of card but that not working either

What a joke. First one worked for me, got to the last page, and the website compltely froze for like 10 minutes, and then told me it cancelled my order because I didn't accept it in time. Now trying again. Oh, and their customer service phone line rings busy.
I'm all for anything to break up the Ticketmaster cartel, but this company is bush league.

finally got in. My sister got 2 of the golden horseshoe tickets which was for her and my niece so I just bought a pair of the $95 ones.

the AMEX presale link finally decided to let me in by leaving password blank. That didn't work early in the process

They somehow made a worse system than Ticketmaster. I hated using it last year for George Strait.

On the second try, I was able to buy tickets using one of the presale codes. I didn't use the AMEX link.
