I wasn’t expecting him to come out of retirement playing the best live music of his career. I watched about 10 minutes of this set and immediately went to buy tickets

I’ve always been a fan of his but I am really starting to think he’s a musical genius. Seriously.
All The Pretty Colors
Water in a Well
Life Of Sin
All Around You
Sing Along
Right Kind of Dream
6 incredible songs from 6 different albums with 6 unique styles and sounds. It’s insane

quote:Yep. This guy is like a musical box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get. I think the psychedelics did for him what it it did for the Grateful Dead ...opened up a window to expand the possibilities of sound.

Counting down to the Brandon Amphitheater show. Not sure how I'm gonna make it through 2 more days of work. frickin pumped!
Caught him at Outlaw Music Fest in Dallas way back when & he blew us away when we had no idea who he was. Huge fan ever since.

I’ll be seeing him in January in Mexico on the beach…three sets playing dead tunes with Bobby and a set with his band. He was the absolute highlight of last years shows

Yes, that was an incredible show with so much more heavy guitar than I was expecting and such a wide variety of music. The venue and weather made it special as well,

Unforgettable show! Sturgill is the man! Loved hearing the story about the bartender covering their tab at Hal & Mals back in the day.

Diverse and non-stop. The show is already up on Nugs. Covered LA Woman, Midnight Rider and Whiter Shade of Pale. 3 hours of unleaded.
