Songs to learn on the guitar

I just learned Sodom South Georgia by Iron and Wine & Diggin Holes in Water by Ugly Casanova.
I've got a few Neil Young/Pixies standbys that I always play, but now looking to broaden my licks.
I've been doing a lot of capo stuff and learning different ways of picking. I mostly play acoustic, but also have a Stratocaster that I'm about to start playing again.
Can anyone recommend some good songs/chord progressions to jam to?

If you have a strat that you are going to pick up again, I highly suggest songs that have picking patterns in them.
I really like the RHCP, and their songs are relatively easy.
A song that sounds really good once you've practiced the shite out of it is Snow. The only hard part is playing the bit more than a minute straight Under the bridge is also a classic one.
Black Dog by Led Zepplin is fun and easy
I don't really know what your difficulty level is so it's hard to gauge what songs you want / like to play.

I saw this and immediately began thinking you meant Over the Hills and Far Away. I wanted to "E-nutpunch" you.
I apologize.

If you're a Beatles fan, Norwegian Wood and Here Comes the Sun are fun to play.

Whatcha got about Over the Hills and Far Away? I like the song, but I do agree that it's a little over played in a sense.

No Expectations by the Stones is fun and easy.

Does anyone know any guitar smiths around Baton Rouge? I have a 25th Edition Les Paul Gibson that needs a little TLC
No, that's not me. His pickups look like they're in good condition, mine are a bit spotty.
