I have this song stuck in my head and I don't the name or who sings it. I'm hoping you guys can help me figure it out.
I think the hook in the chorus goes "All my favorite things"
It sounds like an older song 60s or 70s but I'm not sure. It has some soul to it.
It is not the song from the Sound of Music.
TIA

No, but it could definitely be "All these special things" not all my favorite things

From Chat GPT
quote:
The song you’re referring to might be “These Are the Good Times” by Roberta Flack. While not matching your lyrics exactly, Roberta Flack often used reflective and sentimental language in her songs, and her style matches the mood you’re describing.
Another possibility is “All These Things” by The Uniques, a 1960s soulful ballad. It includes themes of cherishing meaningful moments, though it doesn’t feature the exact lyrics.
If these don’t seem right, let me know more about the song’s style, genre, or context, and I’ll refine the search!

I couldn’t find a song from the 1960s or 1970s with the exact lyrics “all my favorite things” or “all these special things.” It’s possible that the song you’re recalling features similar phrases or themes but not the precise wording.
Can you provide more details? For example:
• The genre (pop, rock, soul, etc.).
• Any other parts of the lyrics or context.
• Whether it was performed by a male or female artist.
That might help narrow it down!
