im going to start putting orion together. it only has a couple of small solos, but none of them are too hard. ill keep uploading my progress as i go along.

Cool, I've learned all of orion's solos at one point or another. I'll try to dig up an old version of cool edit pro and see if I can record anything. If I can't find the program, will you be able to take the sound from a video I record with the iphone?

Are there simpler recording/mixing software out there now? CEP was the program I used a decade ago to mix shite... I'm really out of the loop on these things.

I'm no CocoLoco, but I like to play with his guitars and gear since all I have is a shitty acoustic guitar. It's not amazing, but frick it, why else make it? I'm more of a drummer, and I barely get to play that either anymore. As for Co, make his dumbass record more stuff though, Music Board, because he doesn't listen to me.

I'll post some shite. Enjoyed the stuff you guys have posted. Well done, fellas.

The rap song is my roommate and I making an attempt to be more vulgar than other rappers. It is based off of a true story though. Recorded it in maybe 30 minutes, not that good of quality.

The Gnarls Barkley cover was done real quick, and I was sick, so my vocals are kind of off. Be gentle.

The rest are just experiments to mess with.

Headphones, will make it sound much better.

The recording is done well between the mixing and mastering on all of the tracks...songs are catchy and sound like they could be on rock/alternative radio.

Not my cup of tea, per se, but as a fellow musician I choose to weigh things objectively so...well done
