I'm like 6 listens through and the album is def a grower for me.

Great album, probably give it a solid 8.9/10 or so.
Favorite is pretty easily "Gethseman" followed by "Look to Windward".

I've been struggling so hard to place that song (not in a bad way). There is so much going on with it. Almost like a mid-western 2000's emo mixed with something else for the back 1/3. Really good song.
The more I've listened, the more i've been able to pick out some homages to a bunch of different songs/bands out there, with either a small section of guitar riffs or lyrical styles.
And I agree Pilot, album is definitely one that i'm enjoying more with repeat listens. I liked it initially, but the more and more I dive into the songs the more i'm liking them. This meme has had me rolling:

Curious what the new coded letters are going to lead to. Apple Music gave a heads up to start paying attention to the lyrics daily, and the last two days they've capitalized random letters in songs. People are hinting at either a second album drop, which would kind of go hand in hand with the two houses things they teased earlier.
Or at least a deluxe version with some additional songs.

I don’t think he actually is, but clearly Vessel is a fan and hell at this point I might believe Burnham helps write some of their songs. Going back and listening to a bunch of Bo’s songs from the Inside special during Covid, and holy hell
