One of the Beatles drops an f-bomb right around the 3 minute mark of "Hey Jude" There's debate as to whether it was Paul or John who broke a string and dropped it.
Once you hear it, you can't unhear it.

Stewart Copeland’s dad, Miles, was a CIA agent stationed in Beirut among other places.
At one point his office there had possession of a portion of the Dead Sea scrolls, which were carelessly handled with some of the scripts “blowing away never to be seen again” during a helicopter landing on the roof.
As Sting asked in his autobiography… “I wonder what was on those ancient pages.”

I found out today the backstory of the STP shirt worn by Duane Allman.
It's what manager Twiggs Lyndon used to grease thin steel metal sheets hanging off the front of the stage to prevent audience members from jumping up there.

Collective Soul's "Shine" is the demo tape version. Once they got a small record deal, and a tiny budget to record their debut album, the producer said "the demo version is good enough, let's not spend more money re-recording it". It was the only song on the album that resonated with people nationally and made them famous for a few minutes.
