Saw this guy on Ed Sullivan tonight singing his dad's songs

Saw that guy live at the LA Hayride in Shreveport....he was singing his dad's songs.

I've seen him 4 times since...singing his songs.

That's pretty cool, hadn't seen any videos from that far back.

This is one of my favorites, in terms of performances, not too long after his fall. Watching this was the first time I ever realized he was a great guitar player.

That he does. I remember seeing him in Atlanta in the early 90s, and he would play just about every instrument that his band had on stage - piano, drums, steel guitar - you name it he could play it.
