It must be strange for him.
How weird would it be knowing that you're the most talented person in pretty much every room you walk into.
I have friends who always say that he came about 20 years too late but I disagree. No, Jack White came about exactly when we needed someone like him. Maybe thats corny and entirely too poetic but I think its true.
He is approaching the status of "rock god" the hard way. He is doing it in a time that most think that all the "rock gods" are gone. He is fighting every inch of the way. So fitting.
