Queensryche Release First New Single With Todd La Torre

Queensryche with Todd La Torre has now unveiled their first single with the new singer. "Redemption" is available for streaming below. It is the first track from the band's new album, which is due for release in June.

Then you like all the slow, no melody, non-metal stuff they've put out over the last 4 or 5 albums?
Honest question.
I am a Queensryche fan from the first EP in '83.
I used to agree that Tate was Queensryche, but after reading about how it was under his direction that that band tailed off in quality music over the years, and the way he and his wife treated the band, I say screw Tate.
By the way, can't get to the song linked right now.
How is it? The La Torre version is supposed to resemble the first 4-5 albums, the halcyon days of Queensryche.

Queensryche went downhill quickly when Chris Degarmo left. They missed his songwriting badly.

Listening to the new one that was released today (the Geoff version of QR). God it's horrible.
