Online guitar lessons? Geared toward kids?

My son (6) is finally getting a little jealous that I am playing and he is not. I've told him I practice a lot and take online lessons.
I mainly use justin guitar. And random YouTube Marty Schwartz being the main ones.
I've looked for child based courses, but have come up empty. The lessons are geared for kids but they are already playing kids songs. My son is starting from ground zero. I can go through it with him and would actually enjoy it. Just don't feel qualified.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Marty Has some good stuff on youtube, but I don't think it's good for a beginner.
at 6 years old, probably a local guitar teacher is the way to go,if you don't think you can do it.Let him learn the right way,and not the backwards way that I did. Starting with Little Star, things like that.
Get a guitar that is the right size for him, like a 12 fret parlor model.
I saw an 8 year old Saturday that really amazed me,he had been trying to learn on his Dad's guitar. When he got a fender Parlor model in his hands,he was burning it up.His Dad bought that guitar for him.
This is the guitar they bought, this link has a demo video inside.

Bumped to run with this question.
What's a good one? Not looking to spend baby Taylor money or Little Martin money. Most small parlor guitars I see are fairly specialized or are vintage. I'm looking to find something that will just hold a tune.
I've been to craigslist and go to Reverb all the time. Reverb has plenty of 1920's Martins that fit the bill perfectly.

Back when I played guitar (I play bass and drums now), all I really did was learn using guitar tabs. I got pretty decent just doing that. My brother plays a ton and still only uses tabs or plays by ear. We had a teacher for a little bit but realized learning by ourselves was more fun, helpful, and costed a whole lot less. So my recommendation is good tab software.
