The festival just has a weird vibe about it. Neil dropping out last year (I know it was because of someone in CH's hand breaking) , Bob this year, and the strange liquor situation.

ya, NY dropping out was unfortunate.
I don't think they will do it again in Virginia at least, the booze situation should be fine this year. But I am anticipating a heavier cop presence - there was just about zero last year - and I will be careful and scoping it out the first day or two.
