I don't listen to that kinda music but I've heard several of his songs cause my ole' lady. I can hear the talent and see how someone likes him.

Him just speaking on and just selling an album perceived to be rap is fake, it pushes the genre into a pop bubblegum realm that should never meld with Hip Hop
He disses 2 artists that are completely mirror opposite examples, 2 guys that if ever were challenged to a rap battle would quietly tie the noose around his neck and kick the chair out from under him, 2 artists that are so far above his lyrical ability that he has no business uttering a word about either

Pusha was telling the truth and that's why Exodus was so calculated and cold because he wanted Drake to understand he wants no part of dissing him
Are you so delusional that you don't think 90% of Drake's catalogue is the definition of bubble gum rap.....and the sad part is unlike Luda he has no lyrical skill whatsoever, there were some others during that time frame that were just as bad and all of them fizzled out quickly because of a lack of staying power. How long do you think Pusha has been in the game, how many artists has he worked with? He has sustainability because of his lyrical content and ability. He speaks on what he lived and Drake doesn't, he is one artist that like Master P damn near reached the rich level just off selling drugs in the Va area but Drake makes up a bunch of shite because he can't rap about being in a wheelchair on Degrassi I guess
I fully understand rap battles and ciphers of which I have participated, and don't speak on BS because Pusha is a monster with freestyle he tears shite down and Drake would be the one I can almost guarantee couldn't rap battle me and win much less Pusha or god forbid Kendrick who is more storyteller machine gun style than punchlines
But yes in a rap battle I'd feel pretty confident against quite a few artists right now that Pusha could in fact annihilate
