This is the aspect of this board I don't get.
A lot of people will drop negative comments and downvotes because they don't like a style of music. I'm not a jam band fan, but I don't open jam band threads just to downvote and post about how they suck.
Yet you get a lot of that in other threads. I've never understood why, if you don't like rap, you'll open a thread just to say rap sucks.

I'm with you baw. However I realize that some people are very passionate about their taste in music and feel the need to voice their opinions on types of music that they consider bad. I was that way for a time...and looking back, I cringe at how I acted. IMO, when it comes to music, people are going to like whatever they are going to like. I'm more about introducing people to new music rather than chastising people for their current music preferences. Who am I to judge?

There’s a frick ton of tool fans here, so this board is pretty accepting imo.
