Man. What are we going to do when we finally run out of musicians pre-internet? I feel like there's a very notable line of quality from before and after the mid to late 90s and it's pretty telling when a nearly 70 year old punk rocker can still bring it better than 99% of the young crowd.

Good stuff. Always liked his music. Funny guy too. Had an entertaining scene in “The Wedding Singer” movie.
A friend ran into him in the French Quarter back in the early 90s and asked for his autograph.

I caught his show 10 years later at the same venue.
One of my favorite entertainers of the '80's. His seamless transition from punk to mainstream was absolutely brilliant.

A couple of weeks ago I picked up his latest album, to be released on 9/17. Newbury Comics had a special for $26 + shipping for a signed copy (LP album).
