Need help on music buying/storage in 2022.

I have a huge library of individually downloaded songs from my youth and young adulthood saved on a micro SD card. That card gets plugged into my phone and gives me instant access to all of it anywhere, regardless of data or wireless. I love this setup. I like being able to listen offline and out on the woods.
Around 2013 or 2014, the streaming paradigm shift happened and I basically just stopped buying new music on iTunes. I never got into streaming enough to actually curate my own playlists.
Is there any service out there today that still allows you to buy a downloaded local audio file as opposed to a streaming service?
TIA

Yeah, there's several. One that I use is bandcamp.

Yes, Bandcamp is the best place to go if you actually want to support artists.
They unfortunately were acquired recently by a larger company as inevitably happens to everything eventually, but so far it hasn't appeared to change much.
You can also still buy MP3s from Amazon. They sometimes include DRM, though (that's easy enough to strip out).
