I've heard Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da referred to as Life Goes On.

Black Dog - usually I hear people call it Hey Hey Mama or they just say the whole first line.

Another Brick in the Wall part 2 - most people leave out the part 2 bit (but that happens on a few Floyd songs)

Buffalo Springfield "For What It's Worth". People use "Stop, hey, what's that sound".

"Peg" by Steely Dan. I grew up thinking it was called, "Your favorite foreign movie" and that they said, "Hey" instead of "Peg."

Failing to add the "(To Make You Cry)" to Billy Ocean's "There'll Be Sad Songs."

Should be criminal, imo.
