I love it. It's great to have such a talented, influential band that doesn't take itself too seriously. That remix and the video for New Millenium Cyanide Christ make me want to chill with those guys. I love how Tomas is just sitting there half-assing the air drums. Hell, the official video for Rational Gaze is just Jens imitating the rest of the band.

Best of all-time: Gavin Harrison

More people need to know about him. He too is my favorite of all time. Unfortunately Porcupine Tree isn't popular enough to get him the recognition he deserves.

greatness

This is one of my favorites of his. That 5:10 mark I read once a while back that he created that style to sound like drums being played on a record playing backwards.

Yeah, he goes full Meshuggah mode there for a few seconds. He does the same type of thing in this performance of Futile. LINK

If you haven't already, check out the band OSI. Mike Portnoy plays on the first two albums and Gavin Harrison plays on the next two. Really great groovy drumming on each album.

That dude is amazing!

Mine would be Copeland, Baker, DeJohnette, in no particular order.

We are talking 'rock' drummers-
Carl Palmer (ELP)
Keith Moon (The Who)
Brian Davidson (The Nice)

But then I liked Ansley Dunbar & Jon Hisemam too!
And wait! What about Ginger Baker??
