If Phish played a 1 song first set and a 1 song second set, every show, both songs just hour and a half jams, I would probably tour all across the country to see them. Just a rotation of Tweezer, Ghost, YEM, Gin, and a couple others.
The worst part about 3.0 is all the fricking songs they play every night. They've essentially killed the first set in 3.0. It serves no purpose, except one good jam every 5-6 shows.

Not more, but different.
If wsp is better at Phish because they have better 4 minute songs than them, then congrats. I'll take the band that melts my face off with 20+ minute jams over the same boring songs every show.

So your going to bring in HS when I thought it was cool to go to a show and smoke weed with hot bitches my age? I realize it wasn't the best, but I couldn't exactly party in the lot when I was 16 by myself. Although hind sight I should have since I was doing the same chemical substances.

I think OP did admit that Phish is better at actually jamming, the key component of a jam band.
I can't find WSP's song totals from this year but Phish has played 118 unique songs this tour. 118 different songs in 13 shows seems like variation to me. Let it be known that I think this whole argument is dumb. I am just presenting the facts.
