Howard Stern replayed an old interview with him as well. Pretty interesting and, yes, I also came away with more respect for him.

The guy has always been about show business. Nothing more, nothing less. And that's okay as far as I'm concerned.
BTW, years ago my wife and I ran into him and his then girlfriend Rose McGowan New York. He wandered backstage at this play we attended to talk to someone, and we stayed out front with Rose. She was a majorly hot, and I convinced myself she was flirting. My wife disagreed.
