Kennedy Center Honors show, she doesn't get out much and tough to see her and the effect of Parkinson's .

But damn she could carry a tune its nice to see her recieve this honor when she could be there for the show

I’m so happy she’s getting this honor . She’s irreplaceable. I’ve been revisiting her albums a lot in the last few years.

It’s just sad what that disease did to her

As a twenty year old during the seventies I was in love with LInda Ronstadt.
Seen her numerous times and have all her albums except the later ones in Spanish.
I’ll miss her one day, hopefully not anytime soon.

Same here.

Her work with the Nelson Riddle Orchestra is sublime.

However, it pales in comparison to Canciones de mi Padre. She was at the height of her vocal prowess and was very enthusiastic and deeply emotionally invested in that project.

Saw her twice in BR back in my LSU days, and once at the N.O. World's Fair. Not only cute, but folks today don't appreciate what a singer and entertainer she was.

Saw her in Baton Rouge a couple of times.
Once at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans. She said that was one of her favorite places to play.
