We all know about the first Dedications, Drought 3, and No Ceilings, but lets name some underrated stuff Wayne has made.
This, a mixtape of un-realeased studio sessions and leaked tracks for the Carter 3, is quite possibly Wayne at his absolute best, IMO.

dedication 4 is hated on alot but i thought it was pretty good, better than ianahb1 and 2

Didn't like the drought 4 all that much, I think that's where he started to slip. Dedication 4 is just the same Wayne we hear in all his new stuff over the most popular instrumentals.
