Has there ever been a more disappointing hip hop artist than Lil Wayne? After Dedication 2 and Da Drought 3 (really all of about 04-08) he looked well on his way to being the best ever. Unfortunately that was his peak and he has, for the most part, sucked since.

He hasn't been good since he went to jail. He had too much time to think on his own, thought he was some revisionist or some shite. Such a sad fall off, he had the potential to be top 3 of all time.
