The new track they released last night that's not on the album is fricking awesome. 13-14 minute track, more in the vein of like 43:55 or the second half of the debut album. Just straight electronic. It's really really good, the part starting around 2 minutes in is funky as shite.
Gave the album a listen last night and today and its by far the most "post-punk"-ish album. I mean its clearly an LCD album, has all the big basslines and percussion you expect (Other Voices is basically Losing my Edge pt 2), but a little bit more of a sinister edge to it.
"Change Yr Mind" could be on Remain in Light. I know they always get the "talking heads of the 2000s" label attached to them, but this time they REALLY sound like it.
I like it. Check it out, I think it comes out tomorrow. But for now for sure check out "pulse (v.1) if you're a fan", here's a link below.

James Murphy's spitefulness of the world keeps carrying them forward.

Korey Richey grew up near me, I know his brother a bit. Found out a few months ago he was in LCD. Crazy.
