BJ, "So how'd you hear about us?"

Me, "a music board out of Baton Rouge."

BJ, "oh, you mean Tigerdroppings.com"

... so I figure he either posts under TheDoc's handle or he just lurks:

Hi, BJ. Great show last night. Loved the addition of the trombone and the trumpet.

all my constant pimping throughout the years has gotten their name out there

BJ has read this board before, and has done about 8 interviews with DIG/tigerweekly....

Fatman, you gonna come see them in baton rouge next time they play?

great show. Most of the crowd was there for The Whiskey Gentry, a soft-bluegrass kind of deal. Hence, I think they were taken aback by some of AA's lyrics ..

I slid in amongst some 20 something y.o. guys. We drank PBRs and sang along to every song. It was ugly.

No, I'll look for it. Corey posted on FB he was going to the show .. then AA got lots of love under the comments.

Evidently AA has opened for Corey a few times.

yeah, AA has gone on tour with him many times... it's just a shame that AA steals the show every time...

he used to only let them have 4 people on stage as an opener, and the keyboard player had to go sit at the merch table

after a few shows they got him to redact that policy... I don't think it was corey who made it, but his management.

Corey has been very good to them though and has helped them out for many years. He's a good dude.

It's all about my schedule. If I can 'accidently' put myself in LA when they're there, then I'll be there.

Same applies for TT, Corey Smith, REK, Roger Creager, Chris Knight, any red dirt or Big Freedia.

Thanks for the link.

Looks like AA is touring their butts off for the rest of the year, but no LA. When CS is in BR, they're in Germany.

They have one more show here in Atl. And one in Raleigh, NC with BJ solo opening? for Turnpike Troubadours.

TT here in Atl .. Nov 9. There's also a rather important LSU football game that day.
