Good point. Her talent is deeply hidden in a world of sugary pop music geared toward preteen males, teen females and gay men. Nothing to separate her stuff from the thousands of overproduced sugary pop music already out there. She will probably have a future producing show tunes at some point and time.

Probably. It's very difficult to tell from the stuff she puts out there though. Her true talent doesn't show in her mainstream productions.

You mean on a piano playing level.
The voices are completely different, as is their musical style, and it's beyond silly to compare them. You may prefer one to the other, and someone else may feel the opposite.
I assure you Adele is no "flash in the pan". Both have the potential to have long careers.
