JazzFest/Other festival stage/show conflicts

How do y'all resolve conflicts when two bands are playing at the same time on different stages that you want to see?
Thankfully this year, I don't have many conflicts, but for the most part I go see the band I feel I have the least shot of seeing down the road. In this case, Tom Petty I may never see again, but Feist there's a good chance I'll see within the next few years somewhere.
What do y'all do?

This is my main deciding factor. After that if they're both equally good, I'll just split time...unless I just can't walk away from the first set.

i always find it almost impossible to walk away from the first set
last year, i had every intention of going to see Lupe half way through Arcade Fire, but I was too mesmerized.

I had friends that walked away from Arcade Fire for Willie Nelson. No way I was leaving. One of my favorite Jazz Fest Shows was that Arcade Fire set.

my second favorite behind only Bruce's set in '06. AF put on a fricking hell of a show.
