Gay? I'm actually really surprised you have that.

David Allen Coe + Pantera - Phil. They had one album named Rebel Meets Rebel.

I have to admit ignorance on your list, I truly don't know many of those.

And a mix of Allen Coe-Pantera sounds like a winning combo, because I know both are quality. I just never was a Pantera person.

And to be fair, if I quickly youtubed most of the bands on my own list, I would very likely give them bad reviews. I didn't like My Morning Jacket at first either. So if I'm being fair, I should apply that same logic when looking at any band for the first time.

Overall I'm not a big electronic, (even electronic/rock fuse), pop, or metal person. And I think a good amount of your lists falls into those kind of categories.

And the video game comment only came because I saw a comment on a youtube video about it. I think it was Little Big Planet.. (don't have kids fortunately).

Really, just Judgement Day, Team Sleep, and Rebel Meets Rebel are the most metal. Most of it is a traditional band arrangement, not really electronic. They just do odd things with their instruments. For me, you'll usually notice jazz influences and impressive performance in the music I listen to it.

Honestly, I was just busting your balls about the "IQ Test" thing. It just made it seem like the list was indicative of some objective level of taste. Same reason I went back to "my list is better." Let's be honest, one's own taste is always superior. Now, my next post will probably be back to me being sarcastic. Sorry to break form.
