Ok, so it never works out, but if they were gonna go forward. Sublime, Alice in Chains, Van Hagar, INXS, Queen, lots of bands have tried it

I'm going with Zack de le Rocha I think. More rapper than singer.Raspy arse voice. Political crap in his free time. He'd just need to lighten up a little.

ETA:I know the point was to name one IF I HAD to, but that's my easy way out of not having a good name in my head.

He's got a goofy vibe, but has serious social undertones to his lyrics. A Tribe Called Quest was one of the more politically active groups of the 90's, but also had that sophomoric tone to them.
