I forgot how good Creed’s first album was

So long since I have heard it, but man it was a solid album. They went downhill afterward but their debut was good all the way through.

It's true. Torn was and is a great song.
Illusion was always my underrated jam off that album. I got shite in high school for liking that album back when it was new then, but....I mean.....it's good. Tremonti really is an excellent guitarist, all of the nickelrock aside.

They made it on a shoe string budget at a small time studio in Florida. Amazing effort

And the hate the get is earned,
Bands used to get together and rip off their top 10 or 15 favorite bands. Thats how they found their sound somewhere in that.
Bands like Creed would take like 3 bands and rip them off.
