I am disappointed with this board (gaslight anthem)

I've held off on starting this thread for over a week, but I can't believe I'm the only poster that holds them in very high regard. Their new album handwritten dropped last Tuesday and not one fricking thread? Ridiculous. Get it together music board.

I see them come up on Sirius a lot and had never clicked on the songs. I did this week just because of you. I'm not going to say anything else.

I love the 59 Sound. New album was kinda there on first listen. It didn't grab me as much, but I plan on giving it a never shot.

One of those bands I've never listened to because I hate their name... when trying to decide what new to listen to (so much out there), I find its as good a reason as any...

Handwritten isn't as good as 59 Sound, IMO. Better than American Slang, but not on the same level as 59.

too much blood probably jumped into my top 10 GA songs this weekend. i prefer their older to their newer, probably because i've known those songs longer than their newer ones. i still think all their albums are extraordinary.
