Listen to them, bc I said so.

But really, very good band. Have totally taken off in under a year.

Had a 4 song EP out, just released first album "from the hills below the city".

Songs of interest: Penitentiary, Houston Train, On The Road, Bad Things (Casino), Comin' Round, Ludlow.

interesting, I just read about them the other day... they were compared to shovels and rope..

edit: Just listened to Penitentiary... pretty good stuff.. his voice has a john prine-ish thing going on

the chick on keys is smoking, and has a fantastic voice. they should give her a more lead role. crowds seem to love the songs she sings.

at the tips show everyone was talking about her during the wait between sets.
