Help with songs to slow the pace down

I'm DJing next weekend for at least 7 hours, starting in the morning and going all afternoon out on the lake. I have a great list together, but the last couple of hours are very rap heavy (Outkast, Juvenile, JayZ, etc) (as I anticipate the party to be in full swing) I'm looking for songs to throw in every 3-5 songs as a bit of a come down. Any recommendations?

Seriously though, thanks for all your input. I took a lot of it, but some of it would bring the party to a screeching halt, like the needle was jerked off the record player. I can't go from Back That Azz Up to Burn One Down. Are you nuts!? Sorry if I wasn't clear, I wanted something to keep the party going, but just turn it down a few notches. Say from 11 to 8. Love the Poolside song. Others I decided to use: James Brown, Rick James, Justin Timberlake, Grouplove, Mumford, Edward Sharpe, Nelly Furtado, Yello (Day Bow Bow), Booker T & the MG's. I'll keep looking at the thread for more suggestions if y'all want to offer any more.

ETA: It's a bachelor party, but I need to have music for the (potential) ladies as well. Unless....
