I have been told that I'm really good at these but you haven't given us much to go on.
It's the longest of longshots but going off the Macarena clue:
Silversun Pickups- "Lazy Eye"
I also thought if Lifehouse - "Hanging by a Moment"

believe it was on 98.1 or 98.9 in Shreveport and it was like 1 or 2 in the morning

now that I'm thinking about it more, the lead singer sounds almost identical to the lead singer's screaming voice for Coal Chamber in "big truck"

Although, I don't think this sounds anything like bad to the bone or like it was produced in the 70's or 90's. Perhaps it would help if you said which radio station you heard it on?
