I love how the focus is all on him. When Priscilla, Petty, Springsteen, or whomever is talking, you don't see them talking - the focus is Elvis.
The ending got to me with If I Can Dream playing, the panning back of the shot, and the closing of Graceland's gates - fantastic

I watched all of it. Can't say, that there was anything I didn't already know. It was good though.
I take that back.
The fact about how he was tied to Hill and Range Publishing was a shock.
That he coulldn't just do great songs.
They had to come to him from a specific place, but he was great enough to make it work.

Seems like he was really a good dude with a good soul through it all.
Shame how it ended for him.

Yeah-it left me a bit melancholy. I also think it was his misfortune to die in 1977 at the peak of the garish disco age. It would have been nice to see him reinvent himself yet again in the 80's and 90's, maybe just a man and his guitar and some Southern baws unplugged, wearing jeans and looking like they just walked in from the woods.

I enjoyed it and it had some really cool video footage but it really made me hate Colonel Tom Parker.
