As much as I love them, they're terrible live. Not sure why.

They are definitely hit or miss, and it all comes down to Corgan. Musically they are always on point, but his vocals can destroy a show. I've seen good and bad from them, and I find the bad took place during the Melencholy years when he became too cool for school

red rocks?

Yes.

One thing that struck me as odd about that show was that SCI was the headliner. But in that venue I guess it makes sense.

Funny, went to a Panic / Blues Traveler show there and and for fricks sake Panic was the opener. We left at some point during Blues Traveler. We kept getting further and further back until we were on the last row. It was beautiful, but damn that band, outside of Popper, knows one song. We didn't technically leave, we just went played with the Panic fans in the parking lot.

Went to see Nine Inch Nails and David Bowie in Dallas...sometimes in the early 2000's I think.

NIN rocked and then Bowie hit the stage.............after about 5 songs the arena of about 18,000 was nearly empty.

For a so called legend........he SUCKED in concert. I was out !

I walked out of Neutral Milk Hotel a few years ago at the Civic. The crowd was unbearable, and the music was so meh

I've done it many times but four I remember.

Phish- closing act of acl fest. Sorry to anyone I offend but I just don't get it. After a wonderful acl fest, the wife and I listened to two songs. (or maybe one, they don't see seem to stop) We looked at each other and said lets get out of here and go eat tacos.

Jazz Fest, heard most of Pearl Jams set but the crowd was ridiculously packed, it was hot as hell, and we decided to go get dinner. Saw four or five kids getting carted off by ems for what looked like to much drugs. I have no desire to go back to jazz fest.

Spoon, auditorium shores Austin. I heard the one song I like and we packed up and headed home. I think this was a free concert, so no reason to stay longer then needed.

Willies fourth of July picnic, The backyard- Austin. The day was fine heard lots of good music. I kept asking people what time Willie would go on. Most thought around midnight. Said to hell with it and left about 9pm. Listened to Willie Nelson on the drive home and felt fine about it.
