Get there early, Crown Lands is a Canadian rock group that sounds like a mix of Rush and Zeppelin.

It still blows my mind they blew up this big. It wasn’t that long ago they were at one eyed jacks…

It’s awesome. Not only are they talented and dedicated to their sound and their craft but you can tell they pour their soul into their performances.

Josh has improved his vocals an amazing amount over the 5 or so years since they blew up. His live performances are unreal now.

Jake is on path to be a guitar god.

It’s only been 5 short years since their first single came out. You can tell they didn’t hit the first album and live off of it. They have continued to evolve both their individual talents and their group sound. They’re young and If they stay together and grounded and continue to strive for more they’ll be one of the all time greats without argument.

I could see the growth in their last album. You can tell they're finding their own sound verses just trying to sound like someone else.

I can't remember who said it (maybe Paul McCarthey) that musicians spend half their career trying to sound like someone else and half their career trying to sound like their self. When you're first starting out, you emulate the influences you most want to be. Eventually, you start trying to find out who you really are and start trying to sound like the version of yourself you most want to be, or trying to recapture a version of yourself you used to be.

I got my tickets and can’t wait. Decided I’m too old to hang with the kids on the floor so I’ll be sitting in a seat.
