I got CAGED down fairly well. Just need to jump off the cliff and let go with strumming songs. Acoustic only. I want lessons that are concise and entertain.
Things that turned a light on for beginners. Or "found a key" for you?
My pattern is this. Strum a bit. Take a lesson. Play it for a bit, then get bored and go to The Rain Song or Jim Croce songs. Just shite that is a decade beyond me.
Marty Scwartz and Justin Guitar are solid. Just like for you packers on here to glean these for me. And find others I may never come across without your help.
My goal is to play well enough for my son to enjoy it and light a fire under him for music. Just so it can be something we do together. Love to eventually pick Landslide well enough that the wife could sing it. I believe that would earn me butt secks points.

I was going to suggest Marty and Justin. Especially Justin. He is a phenomenol teacher.
Try practicing strumming chords with a metronome. Start slow and then speed up, add in more changes, and try different strum patterns.

There's a guy named Privettricker who covers almost every classic rock song imaginable.
He does actual lessons and breaks down what he's playing from time to time, but its usually just covers. I often reference him when I forget the chords to a song.

Justin and Marty are good. For some songs, you'll see the lesson in the youtube preview screen that are split into 4 (meaning you see 4 different angles on the fret board and the strumming/picking hand) - sometimes, a picture is worth 1000 words if you're struggling with certain parts (like the solo in Pink Floyd's "Mother" - which is slow enough I ought to be able to play it
That helped with some.

Yeah - that's kind of me. I had a New Year's resolution to pick (pardon the pun) it back up for 2015, but that hasn't materialized. I've played so irregularly over the past 2 or 3 years, I would have to say I'm back down from "junior intermediate" back to "advanced beginner".
Tomorrow is another day.

I really wish I had YouTube when I starting playing instead of spending $50 a pop on Hot Licks videos.

Sorry, Truefire is a website. LINK they have tons of courses taught by some of the best guitar teachers and players in the world.
You can order courses individually or pay a membership fee and get unlimited access. I've done both, and the courses are fantastic. I'm not a member anymore because I can't play very much these days due to health problems.

JamPlay has a pretty good channel on YouTube. Try learning how to travis pick. Really fun, pretty easy for the basic patterns, and sounds great.

CAGED
Learn songs that have just these chords, there are a lot. Hell, most of ACDC's songs use only these chords, they are easy, fun to learn, and recognizable.
Set a timer when you practice. My practices would look like this: 5 minutes warmup, 10 minutes chord changes, 5 minutes different strumming patterns, 10 minutes practice old songs, 15 minutes practice/learn new song. Whatever works for you. , but setting a timer really helped me.
Practice with a metronome.
