Guitar "app" question?

What is the name of the app for ipad or iphone that is essentially a guitartab app. My buddy showed it to me once on his iphone. Essentially moves the tab in time. And you can slow the time down to whatever you need to keep up, until you are up to song speed.
Also, if Jamplay already has something like that can someone tell me where it is within the site.

I think they have a free version and a pay version. Pay has metronome, tuner, and i wanna say chord library. I have it but only use the metronome for drumming.

I have the free version. I heard the tuner was shite on the other one and that would be basically the only thing I would use it for.
