I guess it's yet to see if they can actually sell the place out, but I went to see MMJ at the Fox recently and those tickets were maybe $40. Stubhub has them going from $170 and up. I just can't really wrap my head around that.

Concert tickets have become completely insane.

Its bullshite.

They will absolutely sell out the Fox. They probably already have.

No chance they sell out some of the larger venues.

I really hope this new drummer helps them explore, 2023 fell a little flat for me.

Saw them at Nola's Daze Between and Night 1 Goosemas, huge fan. Bummed to see Ben leave but excited about what I'm hearing so far with Cotter Ellis.

Their official statement said something to the effect of artistic differences. There are other rumors out there that I not going to spread.

Good thinkin. There's all sorts of stuff, I hear, on Reddit but I dont go there.

If you'd like to see Cotter in action, jamming with the band just recently (last week), see vid below.

Went to the show last night a the Fox. I still don’t think they have that many good or great songs and their jams can be overly push/pull but man they can play. Would never travel to see them but will always try to catch one show when they’re in town.

Also, Peter is such a dweeb

To each his own.

I went to all 3 Fox shows and they blew the roof off the place! There’s rumors about dates in St. Augustine weekend after Halloween and Charleston for Goosemas. I hope they’re true as I would travel to both.

I was at their Saturday show at the Fox in ATL. They're hitting a higher musical plane now with their new drummer. I can't wait to see what's ahead of them.

Strong rumors are that Ben and Rick were fighting over the direction of the band. Ben is replaceable and Rick is not.

I only made friday/sat

what a great run of shows. Cotter has brought a new freedom to the jams. Loved the fox first time to see shows there. Also the crowd was great both nights, very little chomping and a whole lot of dancing.

On Friday, the jam band played at Philadelphia’s Mann Center of the Performing Arts and it was their largest headlining performance to date. It included a special guest appearance from Rogers Stevens of Blind Melon for a performance of their 1993 hit “No Rain.”

As someone who saw blind melon a handful of times, seeing Rogers up there jamming was so cool.

I read he’s a lawyer now.
that had to be cool for him too

goose is another of a handful of really good bands that could be special with better songwriting. I need my lyrics to have something to say or a story to tell or a picture to paint

They do have the hooks though
