When he was pissed off at Moby, that was awesome.

Ironically that “nobody listens to techno” line was sampled a few years back and became a huge house music song in the EDM scene.

Do these people seriously not know what he went through at the turn of the millennium? Like I get it they either weren't alive or were probably like 2 or 3 but still

He was demonstrated against, was told to shut up while performing at the Grammys, MTV didn't show any of his videos for a while, radio stations refused to play his songs....and he doubled down every time and told them to kiss his arse and suck his dick

He literally addressed this 20 years ago

but a shitload of the rap community and black fans completely disrespect tf out of his career
and those people are fricking stupid. Yes, he has largely been irrelevant for a good 15+ years and I stopped regularly keeping up with his music around Recovery. But what he did between the SSLP through the eminem show is an all time great run of music and anyone who even tries to make a joke about eminems total career is fricking stupid and isn't worth listening to

I actually like one of the tweets that said they've been trying to "cancel him since '99 and he's still in the game after 22 years, his first words were , " Hey kids, do you like violence?", some people are above cancelling."

Gen Z is making millennials look competent. Glad I'm Gen X.
