Staind? Absolutely not.
Switchfoot seems to play BR every other year, one of my friends is a big fan, and their shows are usually cheap (i.e. under $15) so I sometimes go. I've caught them twice in BR so I think I'm good.

there must have been a presale, i got through on the ticket master app in like 15 seconds and it said sold out.

I fricked up trying to buy tickets for a large group. I attempted to buy 8 and had no luck. My wife somehow was able to land 6 though
