Fun. is the first pop band in some time that I've really liked

And let's be honest, they do have to be considered a pop band at this point, right? I mean, they have like four singles out.
But I'm no hipster. I don't care how many other people like them, they still sound good to me.
I want to see them live. I thought they KILLED SNL this weekend.

I wasn't at roo this year, but I've been a few times before.

Pretty sure it was which stage, when they played "we are young" the sun was just going down and it was dark and hundreds of ppl were crowd surfing, pretty badass experience

I really like Some Nights. Solid CD end to end.
Aim and Ignite is good, but a bit too theatrical for me. They get a little overboard.

Dude has legitimately good pipes. He can sing. A lot of times this is the difference between a band that stays underground forever and one that blows up.
This is why I knew Foster The People would blow up after I saw them live. Mark Foster can freakin' wail. I was glad I was seeing them at the 930 club because I knew it would be the last time.

Saw them live in New Orleans. Incredible show. I always enjoy when singers I like can sing equally as well live.
