Musicman with other guitars. I have always thought that was in its own class.

There are very few guitars I will buy sight unseen, based solely on brand/manufacturer, condition and price. EBMM USA is on that short list. I have yet to play a dud, bum or lackluster guitar from the San Luis Obispo factory.
That being said, an Axis is basically a second-gen EVH, the only differences being the toggle switch moved next to the knob and a MUCH more affordable (and realistic) street price. I gigged with two Axis guitars in my last band. They never let me down.

That was me about 11 years ago, I look much different now. Older, much longer hair, and I've gained 40 pounds since I abandoned the tobacco and alcohol (mis)use of my younger days.
