“Kentucky Rain,” is also the best one that I can think of, but I’ll also throw out, “In the Ghetto” and “Polk Salad Annie.”

Man-that’s a great tune. I’m about to go into an Elvis phase this weekend now.

I haven’t looked, but I doubt “American Trilogy” ever hit number 1. “If I Can Dream” is another great one.

Growing up I could never figure out what the big deal was about Elvis then I heard THIS.

Nothing else compares to the Sun recordings and the 1st RCA session. Undistilled E.

American Trilogy still gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it. The Dixieland part gets me everytime.

If you're talking billboard only that is true but it was a #1 on the US Cashbox chart and in the UK 1 week at No. 1 on the UK Record Mirror Chart.
