I have just heard a bunch of people (on here and irl) complain about the sound at a number of shows. I haven't been to the venue yet. I also am not well-versed in sound dynamics so I dunno.

The Joy had great acoustics. I really enjoyed that venue in all aspects. Hopefully more shows are held there.

Heard vocals well, instruments well (save Passion Pit because that band is just NOT sounding good live period apparently).
Happy there is a nice venue now with good booking we haven't had befre in NOLA.
