That will eventually happen.

It will never happen. Alex wouldn’t piss on either Sammy or Michael if they were on fire.

Don't think I will ever be old enough to not attend "concerts" anymore. I am 50 and probably hit 50 shows a year between local singer songwriter stuff, club shows and big tours/festivals. Go to Jazzfest and see how many 70-80+ folks you see out there.

Stop moving, you die.

Yea it's one of me and Mrs. Iwy's favorite casual fun things to do. We don't really see any big venue concerts but actively look out our favorite bands and festivals. A weekend music festival is hard to beat. Whenever we go out of town we typically get on songkick and see who's playing in the area just in case there's someone we want to see.

I guess I get the gripe of concert prices being high, they can definitely be overpriced. But it is easy fun. Live music is hard to beat. Also depending on how good they are live it'll determine how well I like them as well. Had bands I loved that were underwhelming and bands I wasn't crazy about jump way up on my list because they were incredible live. Can't see myself stopping seeing live music until I'm unable to get around.

One of my favorite memories of my mom is being at the Pilgrimage Festival and we went and listened to Black pumas because we thought she'd like their vibe. Towards the end we looked around and didn't see her. So me and the Mrs. went looking for her and we walked to the second stage and she was neat the middle of the crowd with her beer in her hand jamming to Cage the Elephant. She passed away later that week and I'll never forget that memory.

Leftover Salmon

They pretty much stick out west and only play in the East as part of a festival. They used to play Athens and Atlanta annually in the good old days. Funnest shows I've ever been to.
