With technology being what it is , you can enjoy the music from anywhere.

Europe definitely has us beat for EDM festivals and such. Its not even close.

id rather listen to the music in clubs. festivals are a pain in the arse imo. i prefer a club. better sound, better crowd, closer to dj, better everything.

yea and each country has its on vibe i love it been to festivals in 4 countries this summer. What i loved about creamfields was the insane amount of tents they had, i spent most of my time in the trance tent other than seeing nicky, knife party and some of hardwell on one of the main stages.

Im really pumped for Amsterdam Dance Event next month. Its an electronic music fans wet dream, 5 days of nothing but shows all genres at concert halls and clubs.

LINK

going to see Ferry Corsten in a club that friday then Armin, Hardwell, W&W and more the next night

based on popularity thats why avicii, guetta etc make it. Its not based on being a good dj

i hear ya, dubstep is ok in lil doses but over and over is just not my thing, thats why i like knife party bc they are more electro throwing a little dubstep in. Skrillex's style is just mind numbing and is perfect for the 16 to 22 year old crowd wearing neon to show who just got into the scene.

i wont bash tiesto like i will avicii and guetta and others, b/c beyond all his flash and glamour he is pretty good live and laid the ground work for alot of DJ's now days.

I was living in Leeds at the time. I had already planned not to go that Sunday as I was moving to Germany on the Bank Holiday that Monday.

Since you live in Germany, have you been to Time Warp? That's a fest on my bucketlist.

And I think Skrillex is garbage. I like Boys Noize, so I gave Dog Blood a chance while at Coachella. I couldn't deal with Skrillex.
